This card was made using the gorgeous House Mouse Decoupage from the very talented Ellen Jareckie. Almost too gorgeous to use...spent alot of time stroking this before letting it go!! I'm entering it at the following challenge: Cupcake Craft Challenge - A Time For Celebration.
